RETURN POLICY
At HTGEARS.COM we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations e.g. unsuitable size or color, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Please note that all intimate apparel cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons.
To be eligible for exchange, an item must meet the following criteria:
- The item was not received as a gift
- The item was not purchased with a promotion
- The item must be different in size or color from the one chosen
Conditions for making the return:
- The item must be in original, unused condition and complete with original packaging, tags and accessories included.
- The purchase document must be provided.
How to make a return:
1. Contact our Customer Service Department at info@htgears.com
2. Send already photos of the product you intend to return and the serial number, if any, the reason for return and the purchase document.
3. Once the return has been authorized by HTGEARS.COM, you will receive instructions on how to prepare and ship the package.
4. Ship the product using by tacciabile service ( registered mail or other ) by postal service or by courier most suitable to you.
5. Email us proof of return shipment.
Does HTGEARS.COM check returns?
Of course we do. HTGEARS.COM verifies that the returned product conforms to the one sent and that its condition has not been “altered” i.e. that the product is identical ( including in function and parts in which it is composed ) to the one sent.
Refund Timeframe:
Once we receive the return and verify the integrity of the product, we will proceed with the refund within 15 business days. The amount will be credited using the same payment method chosen for the purchase excluding shipping charges.
Note: Return shipping costs are free in case of damaged or defective product; in case of reconsideration or replacement, it is the customer's responsibility.
